Information provided voluntarily
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, the chalet you are interested in, your desired dates, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your request and prepare for your stay.
Audience measurement
Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept it via the privacy banner. It helps us understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used. If you decline, no audience measurement tools will be loaded by the theme. You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage my preferences" link at the bottom of the site.
Conservation and sharing
Requests received are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to process your request or booking. We do not sell your personal information. External services such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Maps, Facebook, or TikTok apply their own policies when you choose to open their links.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided to us. You can also opt out of Analytics without losing access to the site.
